Welcome to the Ohio Warehouse

Kauri acquired this property with its Partner Ariel Developments in 2005, at which point remodeled the exterior and subdivided the spaces. In late 2006, the property was sold to 4746 Ohio Ave South LP which is managed by American Life. Kauri has retained a minority interest since.

Notable tentants of the Warehouse include Seattle Times, Two Beers Brewing Co, Urban Hardwoods, Henrybuilt Corporation, and Wisner Wine Co.
